Description

The Provincial Capital Commission (PCC) requires horticulture products throughout the year, such as seeds, soils, horticultural plastic pots, etc. This RFB document seeks suppliers who will establish a standing offer/ongoing contract with PCC to provide such materials. Proponents to submit pricing separately from Submission Form to ensure a fair evaluation process. Competition RFB 20226 - Horticultural Plants and Material Procurement was inadvertently closed on November 2, 2026. To maintain the originally intended posting period, RFB 20226-1 has been issued as an extension of the competition. The competition closing date has been extended and will now close on Friday, November 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Proponents who submitted a bid under RFB 20226 are not required to resubmit . All bids received under the original competition have been retained and will be included in the evaluation process
