This RFT is an invitation by the City to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for the performance of the Work for Bridge Rehabilitation of Old Mill Road over pedestrian crossing (ID 636), as further described in Part 3 (DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS) and the Contract (the "Project").including but not limited to survey and layout; utility locates; and provision of access, protection, and support systems. It involves removal of existing elements such as duct bank covers, light fixtures, railings, asphalt, waterproofing, deteriorated concrete, walkway pavers, and selected portions of abutments, wingwalls, and toe walls. Existing utilities will be protected, temporary supports installed, and excavation carried out as required. Rehabilitation works include installation of new luminaires, concrete patching and crack injection, deck waterproofing and asphalt placement, staged refacing of abutments, and refacing of wingwalls and toe walls.
