The Canadian Grain Commissions (CGC), Grain Research Laboratory has a requirement for the supply, delivery, installation and training of Large Scale Long Read Sequencer. BACKGROUND: The device is for research/monitoring activities that involve the sequencing of high molecular weight DNA. OBJECTIVE: The objective is to use the device to sequence high molecular weight DNA samples from microbes and grains using accurate long-read sequencing.
