1. A review of existing information, drawings, reports and construction records of the LLO conduit. 2. An underwater camera inspection of the LLO conduit of the Carolside Dam upstream of the gatewell, to collect a high-resolution video data identifying the extent and severity of any deterioration. The length of the upstream conduit is 45 m. 3. Provide an inspection report identifying any anomalies, accumulations, and/or conduit damage as well as the location of the same. 4. Provide a separate video file for the inspections of each conduit. The video files should be in high-definition format. The videos should be clear enough to see and identify the extent and severity of any deterioration and oddity.
