Service
CanPursue provides software for monitoring, organizing and preliminarily qualifying Canadian federal procurement information. The service is not the Government of Canada, is not endorsed by the Government of Canada, and does not submit bids on your behalf.
Authoritative source
Product recommendations, scores, alerts and capture signals are decision-support only. The official procurement notice, solicitation documents, amendments, laws and contracting authority instructions control. You remain responsible for verifying eligibility, deadlines, security requirements, pricing, representations and every submission.
No award guarantee
No score, BID label, historical observation, contract end date or capture signal is a promise or probability of winning. Government buyers may amend, cancel, extend, replace, insource or discontinue requirements.
Accounts and workspace data
You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for ensuring Company Profile and qualification information is accurate. Do not represent a clearance, certification, supply arrangement or supplier status as confirmed unless you have evidence for it.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break access controls, scrape authenticated government systems in violation of their terms, upload malicious content, interfere with service operation, misrepresent government endorsement, or use another customer’s workspace without authorization.
Billing
Paid subscriptions renew according to the plan shown at Checkout until cancelled. Stripe handles payment processing and the customer billing portal. Taxes may apply. Unless required by law or separately agreed, fees already charged are non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect according to the subscription settings shown in Stripe.
Public data and availability
The service depends on external government data sources that can be delayed, unavailable, corrected or changed without notice. We may temporarily degrade or suspend affected features rather than present stale or structurally invalid data as current.
Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every relevant procurement will be discovered or that every recommendation will be correct.
