What we collect

We process account email addresses, workspace and Company Profile information, opportunity decisions and feedback, notification preferences, subscription identifiers, operational logs, and the public procurement records needed to provide the service. We do not store payment card numbers; payment entry and billing management are handled by Stripe.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate users, operate federal opportunity matching and capture intelligence, deliver alerts, process subscriptions, secure and troubleshoot the service, and improve tenant-specific product behavior. Customer workspace information is not used to train public AI models by default.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the service, its database and file storage. Stripe processes payments. Resend delivers transactional email. When RFP analysis is enabled, an uploaded document is sent to OpenAI for processing with storage turned off.

Government data

Federal procurement records shown by the product originate from Government of Canada / CanadaBuys open data and related official sources. Those public records are distinct from customer-provided workspace information.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and workspace data while needed to provide the service, meet legal/accounting obligations, protect the service, and resolve disputes. Customers can request workspace deletion or export using the contact below. Authentication links expire automatically; sessions expire and can be revoked.

Security

The service uses encrypted transport, tenant-scoped authorization, hashed authentication tokens, access-controlled infrastructure, backups, and audit-oriented source/version records. No system is risk-free, and do not upload solicitation material marked Protected or Classified.

Your choices

You can update Company Profile, disable product notification destinations, manage subscription billing through Stripe, and request access/correction/deletion where applicable.
