Provision of stand-by power generation for emergency and non-emergency use ii. Station-wide Electrical and Control system improvements iii. Building HVAC Improvements for both pumping station and valve house iv. Treatment Process Improvements including improving reservoir baffling and turnover ratio v. Pump house site and building improvements vi. Water storage reservoir structural improvements
