SCOPE OF WORK Work of this Contract involves a variety of items, including but not limited to:  New doors and frames  Upgrade/renovate existing washrooms  Create a single-use washroom  Replace various flooring with new  Replace the existing concrete rink slab with new  Replace refrigeration equipment  Upgrade existing lighting to new LED  Various electrical system upgrades  Various mechanical system upgrades  Painting  Miscellaneous repairs and upgrades All work is located at Irving W. Chapley Community Centre, 205 Wilmington Avenue in Toronto, Ontario
