The purpose of this RFP is to procure professional engineering services to complete a Water Distribution Study of Pressure Districts (PD) 4W, 5 and 6, and produce a calibrated and validated model for steady state and extended period simulations, as required by the city. The model will be used to analyze existing condition of water infrastructure, identify system deficiencies, and recommend upgrades to accommodate current needs and future population growth.
