This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the City of Toronto to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for the decarbonizing the public realm study. For the purposes of this study, the exterior public realm includes two categories: Right of Ways (inclusive of roadways, laneways, bike infrastructure, green infrastructure, transitways, sidewalks, and boulevards) and parks (inclusive of playgrounds, splashpads, urban plazas, trails, ravines, and all other types of parks).
