This Request for Quotation (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the "City") to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for the non-exclusive supply of all labour, parts, materials and equipment necessary to provide warranty and non-warranty overflow OEM authorized parts and service on OEM Medium-Duty and Heavy-Duty vehicle brands Autocar, Freightliner, Hino, Volvo, Kenworth, and ElDorado National, on an as-and-when-required basis at their facility, for the City of Toronto's Fleet Services Division (FSD), Toronto Fire Services (TFS), and Toronto Paramedic Services (TPS). It is the City's intention to enter into a Contract with one (1) or more legal entities.
