RFSQ for Rapid Prefabricated Design Build services for the Rapid Housing Initiative for This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by the City of Toronto ("the City") to prospective Suppliers to pre-qualify for second stage solicitation to provide Rapid Prefabricated Design Build services for the Rapid Housing Initiative for the City of Toronto. It is City's intent to prequalify a list of minimum of three (3) top ranked suppliers and enter into non-exclusive Master Agreements with such Prequalified Suppliers. The terms and conditions found in Part 4 (Form of Master Agreement) are to form the basis for the Master Agreement between the City and the Prequalified Suppliers. The term of the pre-qualified Supplier list is to be for a period of three (3) years plus two separate additional one (1) option year periods at the City's discretion Please note that there is no business commitment to any Supplier who will be qualified as part of this RFSQ process.
