This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by the City of Toronto ("the City") to prospective Respondents to prequalify for future eligibility to provide professional general contracting services for a total of approximately 350 small capital projects and emergency capital projects per year for the City of Toronto Project Management Office, Corporate Real Estate Management Division Where a Work Assignment having a cost under $70,000 value including construction contingency and cash allowances where applicable HST excluded, the Work Assignment shall be assigned in accordance with the Rotational Process set out in Schedule B1 of Part 4- Form of Agreement. Where a Work Assignment having a cost exceeding $70,000 value including construction contingency and cash allowances where applicable HST excluded, all vendors on the roster list will be required to participate second stage competitive bidding process. The City will issue an RFQ to all Rosters Vendors on the Roster List in accordance with the RFQ Process set out in Schedule B2 of Part 4- Form of Agreement.
