This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by the City of Toronto ("the City") to prospective Respondents to prequalify vendors to provide professional architectural and engineering services for small capital projects and emergency capital projects for the City of Toronto Project Management Office, Corporate Real Estate Management Division Where a Work Assignment having a cost not exceeding $50,000 (excluding HST), the Work Assignment shall be assigned in accordance with the Rotational Process set out in Schedule B1 of Part 4- Form of Agreement. Where a Work Assignment having a cost exceeding $50,000 (excluding HST), All vendors on the roster list will be required to participate second stage competitive bidding process. The City will issue an RFQ to all Rosters Vendors on the Roster List in accordance with the RFQ Process set out in Schedule B2 of Part 4- Form of Agreement.
