Work includes, but is not limited to: • Roof replacement. • Exterior asphalt repairs/line painting, new accessible exterior ramp and remediation/repair of existing exterior trellis. • Interior refurbishment including new flooring, replacement of washroom fixtures and associated layout modifications. • Architectural modifications as required, in service of mechanical/electrical upgrades including new domestic water distribution, new plumbing fixtures, new unit heaters, PTAC unit replacement and new heat pump water heater and fire alarm/electrical upgrades • Phasing of work to minimize impact on occupants and maintain intended operation of the building to the greatest extent possible, as further outlined in the documents. | Contrat gouvernemental · CanPursue
