The services of a Consultant are required to undertake the design and construction administration / review services needed to construct a new detachment in Pangnirtung, Nunavut. The project consists of design and construction of a new police detachment facility to meet the RCMP’s program requirements on a building site secured and already owned by the RCMP in Pangnirtung, Nunavut. The Consultant team must complete a review of modular vs on site construction, assess the site for placement of the new detachment, relocation of existing garage and demolition and site cleanup of the existing detachment.
