The Digital Platform Modernization (DPM) Programme is a foundational component of Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)’s broader modernization efforts. DPM is a multi-year investment that is being delivered through a phased implementation approach. DPM is delivering transformation across three consecutive and overlapping phases. The DPM Programme is divided into four tranches, with tranche 1 implementing a Client Experience Platform (CXP), tranche 2 being the initial implementation of the Case Management Platform (CMP), and tranches 3 and 4 adding additional lines of business. Tranches 1 and 2 must occur concurrently to allow the Department to transition from the legacy platform to a modern platform capable of meeting the growing demands placed on the Department and to respond to crises, emergencies and operational pressures effectively and nimbly. This task authorization is for the purchase of Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) licenses | Contrat gouvernemental · CanPursue
