The department has a requirement for the provision of professional services in support of the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Digital Platform Modernization (DPM) Phase 3 (P3) Client Experience Platform (CXP). The CXP will eventually replace custom, outdated and/or unintegrated client-facing portals and tools with modern digital capabilities, creating a unique "front door" to IRCC and making it easier for clients to interact with the Department online. To enable a successful transition to new digital services, changes will be introduced in phases with projects and work required to introduce the desired capabilities being grouped into "tranches". | Contrat gouvernemental · CanPursue
