Contract Description: The IM/IT Bureau of Global Affairs Canada is modernizing its organization and capabilities to enable the Department’s digital priorities. Part of the requirement includes implementing a Service Modernization Initiative (how we maximize user satisfaction, employee engagement and budget efficiency).
