TBIPS - Business transformation architect The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) has identified requirements for IM/IT professional services, at the Secret Security Level. Multiple resources specializing in various architecture services will be required to contribute to the IM/IT transformation initiatives for the Application Modernization programme.
