This project is to perform a risk assessment for the Skills and Partnership Fund program, including the identification of risk drivers, risks, and associated mitigation strategies to minimize risk impacts and seize opportunities during the implementation of the program. This exercise supports the departmental priority to provide high-quality programs and services, as these insights into risks will help strengthen the overall management practices in informing decision-making, and enhancing program efficiency.
