A coach is required to provide services to a Senior Executive in CSB. The purpose of this process is to increase the individual's self-awareness and motivation for improving their situation by working with the coach to recognize how and why difficulties arise, learn new skills to manage workplace interactions more effectively and prevent conflicts from arising. Weekly coaching sessions for 3 months followed by biweekly coaching sessions for 3 months (in-person and/or via telephone), for a total of 6 months. | Contrat gouvernemental · CanPursue
