The maximum amount that can be expended under this Standing Offer is $1,000,000 for a period of one (1) year. If mutually agreed between the Contractor and DCC, this Standing Offer may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. For each extension, the maximum amount that can be expended under the Standing Offer will be increased by $1,000,000.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
