This requirement is to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the supply of packaging materials.
This requirement will be for an initial period of one (1) year, with an option to extend the offer for two (2) additional period of one (1) year.
The Offeror must supply Packaging Materials to the Departments of National Defense on an as-and-when requested basis.
Offerors have to submit an offer for all items and all delivery point.
Debriefings Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
