The organization must provide qualified instructors to teach the most recent First Aid and CPR techniques approved by the Minister of Labour with Part XVI of the Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations section 16.12 (2 and the National Joint Council’s Occupational Health and Safety Directive in both official languages.Level of Security Requirements:SECURITY REQUIREMENT FOR CANADIAN SUPPLIER:  PWGSC FILE No. 10070315-C1. The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).2.
