Description of the Requirement: The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requires the services of an external party (Business Consultant (Senior)) to obtain support in identifying ways that can elevate Lean adoption at a national level and in developing an approach that guides the CRA towards a culture of continuous improvement Applicable Trade Agreements: Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CCoFTA) Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA) World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP) Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPaFTA) Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA) Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) Associated Documents: Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, from the contracting officer, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement. Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract award to March 31, 2022.
