The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase four (4) large diesel engine driven, articulated frame graders and ancillary items, (including familiarization instruction/training), in accordance with the Purchase Description for Grader, Large, Road, DED, dated 2013-10-02 and as described at Annex A - Pricing.
The requirement includes an option to purchase up to two (2) large diesel engine driven, articulated frame graders and ancillary items to be exercised within twelve (12) months from the effective date of the contract.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement, the North American Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement and the Agreement on Internal Trade.
Debriefings After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
