Description

W6699-270004/A - Tire Servicing Equipment

Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide Tire Servicing Equipment (Tire Changers and Tire Balancers) to 33 Service Battalion. Specifications are defined in Annex Statement of Requirement. Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criterion. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 10 September 2026 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

Offerors may deliver their offer by email to: Justin.Woodburn@forces.gc.ca

Unless specified otherwise in the Request for Proposal or otherwise directed by the CA, bids must be submitted to the Department of National Defence organization by electronic mail by the date and time indicated on page 1 of the solicitation.

Electronic Submissions: Individual emails that may include certain scripts, formats, embedded macros and/or links, or those that exceed five (5) megabytes may be rejected by Canada’s email system and/or firewall(s) without notice to the Bidder or Contracting Authority. Larger bids may be submitted through more than one email. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to ensure that their entire submission has been received prior to the closing date and time. Bidders should not assume that all documents have been received unless Canada confirms receipt of each document. To minimize the potential for technical issues, bidders are requested to allow sufficient time before the closing date and time to confirm receipt. Bid documents submitted and/or received after the closing time and date will not be accepted.
