Royal Military College of Canada (RMCC), Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, has a requirement for the supply and delivery of one (1) BERT (Bit Error Rate Tester) as detailed in Annex "A" Requirement, to accomplish the educational requirements of the department.
To be considered responsive, a bid must meet all the specifications in Annex "A". Failure to meet the specifications in Annex "A" will render your submission non-responsive and it will be given no further consideration.
