The cluster instructor is also required to have extensive knowledge of the advanced manufacturing industry in western Canada and globally. The cluster instructor/workshop facilitator is required to deliver cluster training for a select group of government officials, post-secondary institutions, economic development agencies, other cluster supporting organizations.
