THERE IS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS REQUIREMENT Work of this Contract comprises the removal and replacement of the existing roof assembly and platform of the building, located at 6248 8th Line, Egbert, Ontario; and further identified as the Care Facility.
CONSTRUCTION TIME The contractor shall perform and complete the Work within 20 weeks following contract award.
SITE VISIT There will be an optional site visit. The site visit will take place on Thursday, June 3rd, 2021 at 11:30AM at 6248 8th Line, Egbert Ontario. Self- screening assessment questions: o Do you have a cough, fever, sore throat, difficulty breathing, or any other new or worsening symptoms? o Have you travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days? o Have you had close contact with a person with acute respiratory illness who has travelled anywhere outside of Canada within the last 14 days before their illness? o Have you been in close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days? Do not attend the site visit if you answered yes to any of the questions, and contact your health care provider for advice.
