Environment Canada requires the services of a Contractor to provide Janitorial Services to 867 Lakeshore Boulevard , Burlington, Ontario. The services will be provided from contract award for three years, with two (2) one year option periods.

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site visit to be held on August 11, 2015 at 10:30 am at Environment Canada , 867 Lakeshore Blvd, Burlington, Ontario. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than two (2) days before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form.

The proposals received will be evaluated against the follwing point rated criteria:

ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT (45 Points) HEALTH & SAFETY (35 Points) MATERIALS & EQUIPMENT (30 Points ) QUALITY ASSURANCE (45 Points) CONTRACTOR'S EXPERIENCE AND PAST PERFORMANCE (40 points) SUPERVISOR(S) EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE (40 Points)

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
