Create free accountIndustry Canada has the need for Web Developers level 2 to assist the current team with the ongoing maintenance and support of Oracle Forms and Reports. These resource(s) will work directly with the applications maintenance team providing expertise in Oracle forms and Oracle Reports development, maintenance and support.
• Work in compliance with the programming and documentation standards and best practices as established by Industry Canada; • Review program codes and correct Oracle Forms/Oracle Reports program errors; • Analyze requirements and create appropriate designs, development and implementation of Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports ; • Conduct working group sessions/interviews with stakeholders to develop technical specifications; • Collaborate with all members of the team to develop dynamic and flexible forms and reports to meet the client needs; • Develop project estimates, design specifications and documentation as required; • Provide technical and functional guidance as required; • Conduct defect analysis and perform necessary fixes and enhancements; • Maintain and update existing Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports program code as required; • Develop test plans and scripts; • Ensure project completion within the allotted timelines and budget; • Troubleshoot production problems in a timely manner; • Technical documentation as required; and • Other related duties.
