IMPORTANT NOTE TO BIDDERS

The Government of Canada has moved its Government Electronic Tendering Service to Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. As a result, federal government tenders (tender notices and bid solicitation documents) will now be published free of charge on a Government of Canada website.

Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. The Government Electronic Tendering Service will be the sole authoritative source for Government of Canada tenders that are subject to trade agreements or to departmental policies that require public advertising of tenders. Get more details in the Frequently Asked Questions section of Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of solicitation forms and special instructions which are now available directly from the Buy and Sell website. Drawings and Specifications are available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF). Bidders should note that the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP), which consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure, is included under Attachments.
