Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the furnishings of all labour, material, equipment and tools required for the fabrication and delivery of 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 feet steel towers to Coast Guard MCI Branch, Darmouth, Nova Scotia, on an "as and" when requested basis in accordance with drawings in Annex A-Requirements.

Period of this Regional Individual Standing Offer will be from One (1) Year plus an additional four (4),12 month option periods, if required.

This requirement is subject to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), Canada-Chile, Canada-Peru, and Canada-Culombia free trade agreements. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned
