Title: Web Renewal - Principle Publisher Business Case Scope: To assist with the project management and the development and analysis of the business case for Web Renewal.
The primary objectives of the project are to: a) Provide project management services for components of Web Renewal; b) Develop the Business Case that would provide: (i) Confirmation of the one-time investment costs; (ii) Projected ongoing costs of Web Renewal; and (iii) The identification of efficiencies and potential savings to be achieved. c) Obtain approvals for the Business Case; and d) Ensure that the Business Case is ready to be tabled for review by the appropriate cabinet committee respecting all of the necessary departmental approvals.
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of Contract Award to July 31, 2015, plus two (2) option periods of six-months.
