Scope of Work: To provide labour, equipment, tools, testing and supervision necessary for the annual inspection, testing, servicing (e.g. cleaning, adjustments and lubrication) of smoke and fire dampers and ceiling fire stops. Also, to provide annual inspection and certification of the fume hoods. All services provided are be done is accordance with the scope of work as detailed in the RFP. The services are required for one (1) year from date of Contract award, with Canada retaining two (2) one year option periods.
Location of the Work: Freshwater Institute facility at 501 University Crescent, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
