Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP)

This requirement is for Public Safety Canada (PSC).

Supply Arrangement E60PI-17AGNT is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid solicitation. Only SA Holders of Supply Arrangement E60PI-17AGNT are eligible to compete for this requirement.

The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal

1) Ebsco Canada Ltd. 2) LM Information Delivery Inc.

Description of the requirement

Public Safety Canada has a requirement for the purchase of

1) subscriptions to publications of all types and in all media, including but not limited to traditional print material that may be added to the physical holdings of a library, as well as electronic content hosted remotely by a publisher; 2) subscription management and related support; and 3) delivery of subscriptions and electronic access services.

Anticipated Start Date

January 2020

Proposed Contract Period

The proposed contract period is one year from contract award date. In addition, there is one (1) one-year option period for the renewal of search tool subscription.

BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE POSTED ON THE BUYANDSELL WEBSITE. 2) Supply Arrangement E60PI-17AGNT is refreshed on an annual basis.
