Proponents must refer to GI 10 Submission of Proposal and SRE 2 Proposal Requirements of the solicitation document for further information. PROJECT: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is inviting firms with Full Service Interior Design expertise to submit proposals for a request for Departmental Individual Standing Offers. This procurement will follow a one phase submission process. The selected consultants shall provide a range of services as identified in the Standing Offer Brief section of this document for projects within the National Capital Area (NCA). Proponents shall be licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice in the province of Quebec and Ontario. If a proponent is licensed to practise in only one of the two provinces, then that proponent must be eligible and willing to be licensed in the province in which they are not licensed. It is PWGSC's intention to authorize up to five Standing Offers, each for a period of two years plus two option years from the date of issuing the Standing Offers. The total dollar value of all Standing Offers is estimated to be $10,000,000.00 (applicable taxes included). Individual call-ups will vary, up to a maximum of $1,500,000.00 (applicable taxes included). Proponents should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offers will be called-up; PWGSC will issue call-ups only when the specific services to be provided under the Standing Offer are needed. Consulting firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services may order the Request for Standing Offer document from the Government of Canada Electronic Tendering Services. Late submissions will not be considered.
