This project is for the replacement of an existing building automation system for HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) at the Major Holland Armoury, 2100 Walkley Road, Ottawa, Ontario
Work is to be completed within twelve (12) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $250,001 to $500,000
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
1. There will be a site visit on September 25, 2018 at 10AM, local time. Interested bidders are to meet at the main entrance of the Major Holland Armoury on 2100 Walkley Road, Ottawa, Ontario.
