Project description: The project includes the construction services to for the caulking replacement of the building’s exterior facades, made of composite glass panels. This includes the sealing of the joints in between the existing panels, doors and windows of all the building’s facades.
Work is to be completed twelve (12) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $250,001 to $500,000
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid.
There will be a site visit on August 15, 2018 at 10AM local time. Interested bidders shall meet outside the main entrance of 3545 Leitrim Road Ottawa Ontario.
Security pre-screening: All the individuals attending the site visit must hold a security clearance of ?Secret?. The names of each individual attending the site visit, their date of birth, along with the name of the firm they represent, should be provided to the Contracting Authority by August 14, 2018 at 12PM Eastern Time in order to gain access to the site.
