Uninterruptible Power Supply Room Cooling Unit Replacement, Joseph A Ghiz Building, 275 Pope Road, Summerside, Prince Edward Island
.In general, work under this contract consist of: .1 Removal of two existing chilled water cooling units (one permanent, one portable), including all mechanical and electrical components. .2 Supply and installation of two new chilled water cooling units, including associated electrical and mechanical and structural work required. .3 Integration of the new cooling unit control operating into the existing building management system.
Site of Work is at: 275 Pope Road, Summerside, PE, C1N 0E1.
All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.097303.002 which forms part of the bid document. The Contractor shall complete the work within 12 weeks from award date.
New measures related to Integrity provisions included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: between $100,001 and $250,000 (HST included). Standard bid and contract security for is required.
