PWGSC on behalf of Parks Canada has a requirement for the replacement of two existing deteriorated, corrugated culverts with precast concrete box culverts at North Mountain and French Mountain on the Cabot Trail in Cape Breton Highlands National Park. All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.073210.001/R.073215.001.
