Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for the roof replacement on modules L16 & J16 at the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Centre (NAFC) in St. John's, NL. The work of this project consists of the demolition and removal of existing material and installation of modified bituminous roof as well as associated exterior trims and finishes.
Special Instructions: Before submitting a bid, it is recommended the bidders visit the site and verify the form, nature and extent of the work, materials needed and the means of access to the site. Contractors, bidders or those they invite to site should refer to Section 01 10 10, Item 1.3 Familiarization with Site of specifications before performing any site inspection or preliminary work on site. Bidders must refer to General Instructions G2710T (2020-05-28) for the Integrity Provisions (Code of Conduct and Certification) applicable to this requirement.
