Requirement: This requirement is to procure 3,500,000 units of Lapel pins to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario.
Option: Each option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority for a minimum of 100,000 units up to a maximum of 4,000,000 units per option, and will be evidenced through a contract amendment. One (1) amendment per option may be issued.
Option 1: within 12 months from the contract award date by sending a written notice to the Contractor. Option 2: within 24 months from the contract award date by sending a written notice to the Contractor. Option 3: within 36 months from the contract award date by sending a written notice to the Contractor.
