Create free accountDescription of the Work The General Contractor shall supply, install, test and commission the equipment as outlined in the tender documents. Work under this contract includes but is not limited to: ? Removal of the existing hydraulic elevator and related systems; ? Supply & Installation of a new electrically driven universally accessible elevator. ? Extension of the shaft and roof modifications to accommodate the clear overhead height requirements, including relocation and reinstatement of systems affected by the Roof work.
A MANDATORY site visit will be held on May 16, 2014 at 10am Ottawa time. The exact meeting place is the gate off of Princess Avenue outside of Rideau Hall, Ottawa, ON. All costs incurred by the Bidder to attend the site visit will be at their expense. The NCC will not reimburse any Bidder for expenses related to the site visit.

Please note that all visits to “secure” sites (official residences and Parliament Hill) shall be coordinated with, and approved by NCC Corporate Security.
