Create free accountAgriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) Tenant Services require the provision of moving and relocation services in support of client requirements within the National Capital Region (NCR). Services of personnel and equipment may be required at AAFC and CFIA sites across the NCR. The Contractor must at all times throughout the validity of the contract be able to provide services of the following categories of resources:
Project Leader (AAFC’s single point of contact) Installer Driver who can also perform moving tasks Movers / Packers
There is a security requirement associated with the contract. All proposed personnel must have a valid security clearance at Reliability level. The resulting contract will be valid from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019 with 3 one-year option periods to extend the contract. The annual budget available for these services is $220,000.00 plus applicable taxes however there is no minimum work guarantee. The total requirement is not to exceed $880,000.00 plus applicable taxes including the contract period and 3 one-year option periods.
