Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) has a requirement for the collection and disposal of refuse at designated sites and in accordance with the local or municipal by-laws at the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada building, 440 University Avenue, Charlottetown, PE., The Home Farm, Bldg. 33 located at 33 Lily Pond Drive, Charlottetown, PE., Bldg. 38 located at 38 Lily Pond Drive, Charlottetown, PE., Bldg. 64 located at 64 Lily Pond Drive, Charlottetown, PE., Bldg. 71 located at 1200 Brackley Point Road, Harrington, PE., Bldg. 80 located at 1200 Brackley Point Road, Harrington, PE., and Bldg. 84 located at 1200 Brackley Point Road, Harrington, PE.
A site visit will be held on February 5, 2015 at 10:00 AM at 440 university, Charlottetown, PEI, C1A 4N6. Offerors who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation and will be posted on buyandsell.gc.ca.
Tender Period Closing Date and Time: February 24, 2015, at 02:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time).
AAFC will not necessarily accept the lowest or any tender.
