DND is seeking information on available industry solutions that could satisfy the following: • Providing delivery of live television programming to up to 35x end-user locations within a series of buildings at a single CAF complex; • Providing a hybrid solution capable of conventional two-way service delivery to unclassified buildings as well as one-way service delivery in order to operate within Canadian Armed Forces Physical Security & Emissions Security (EMSEC) zones at up to 4x locations, in accordance with applicable Government of Canada security requirements; and • Providing access to local, national, and international news programming.
