This Request for Standing Offer is to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision of bread and bakery products, "on an as and when requested basis", for Correctional Service Canada (CSC) located across Ontario, except National Capital Region, as listed in Annex C.
It is intended to result in the issue of one Regional Individual Standing Offer with a term of 1 year beginning on July 1, 2012, and ending on June 30, 2013.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
